Having Nikki as our wedding coordinator is one of the best choices we made for our wedding planning. Nikki not only helped us choose the right venue but also took the time to ease our worries about the planning process and choosing our vendors. Nikki is very professional and easy to work with. We really relied on Nikki and her lovely assistant, Sarah, on the day of the wedding which made the day go that much smoother! We are forever grateful.

Nikki was a great coordinator to work with. She was extremely prompt in communicating with us and always answered our emails or phone calls quickly. During the planning process she always contacted us when we had to make decisions or update her on things and gave us more than enough time to make decisions and give her information. We could tell that what we wanted was her first priority. Even when I made the decision to change our chairs a month before, she was happy to do it for us and gave us no grief about it. I was often fickle with some of my decisions, and she was always there to help me. Nikki and the rest of the staff helped to make the room look absolutely beautiful the day of our wedding.

From the beginning you could tell that the staff genuinely cared in making your experience a memorable one. The details were beautiful, great selection and the venues food was delicious. They were very good at working with your budget or suggesting comparable alternatives if need be. Nikki R was our event coordinator and she absolutely amazing. She was very attentive, professional and was willing to help in any way she could! We were beyond satisfied.

I don’t even know where to begin in expressing my gratitude for Nikki from The Serendipity Collective. From the very first moment we met, her bubbly attitude and confidence let me know I was in the best hands. After starting to work with Nikki, so much of the stress of wedding planning became fun for me (the bride) as well as my family.
Her kindness and warmth were so appreciated. Every time we spoke or met, she made me feel like my wedding was her top priority, even though I know she had other clients. She listened to all of my ideas, even when I didn't know exactly what I wanted, and turned them into something even more beautiful than I could have imagined. No detail was overlooked, and her organizational skills were impeccable. She kept us on track and organized while being ready with solutions, suggestions, and support when we all started to get overwhelmed.
What truly sets Nikki apart is her genuine care and attention. She took the time to work with me and my "team" (aka my mother, sister, and mother in law- all of us whom live in different states too!) every step of the way, including all of us in the decisions. It was very important to me to include all these ladies and she was so patient with our erratic (and sometimes anxious) energy and different time zones.
On the day of the wedding, I had an unexpected (non-wedding) issue come up, and while I and my family were dealing with that, she was able to take the reins and ensure that everything was running smoothly behind the scenes. It allowed everything to still move forward as planned without the extra stress if we had to handle everything ourselves. Everything was exactly as I pictured it, and I know that’s because she poured her heart into making it perfect. Her flexibility and calmness under pressure were such a gift on the day of the wedding, and she was always available and ready if we needed anything.
If you're looking for someone who will not only plan your wedding but make the entire experience enjoyable, stress-free, and unforgettable, Nikki is the one. We will forever be grateful for her incredible work.

I cannot begin to express how thankful we are to Nikki and Sarah for everything they did to help us have the wedding we always wanted. From the very beginning Nikki helped us plan out all the steps to ensure that our vision was expressed. She always made sure we were getting what we needed and made us feel safe in our choices. The trust and expertise here is off the charts. I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding. I don't know what we would have done without you both on the day of. You both made sure that our room looked exactly as we envisioned. You made sure all the signage and tchotchkes were put where they should be. You made sure we were taken care of throughout the whole day and we didn't have to worry about the other vendors as you made sure they set up and followed the itinerary. You helped our children make sure they walked in the room at the right time. I honestly can't say enough about you both. Nikki and Sarah are truly the dream team and I fell in love with both of them during our process. Thank you so much for making our day the best ever and for giving us those memories to always cherish. I left 5 stars but I wish I could leave a thousand. LOVE YOU BOTH!

Hiring a day-of wedding coordinator was definitely the right choice for us, and Nikki did a great job with organizing venue visits, setting up meetings, and communicating with all of our vendors as the wedding day approached.
