Our Founder & Lead Planner: Nikki, has been in the Wedding & Special event industry since 2003! At The Serendipity Collective, we take on a limited number of events each year so that our focus is solely on you—ensuring you enjoy your experience and the happiness of your celebration.

Experience: We specialize in both traditional and non-traditional weddings across various religions, as well as birthdays, bridal and baby showers, mitzvahs, quinceañeras, holiday parties, corporate events, and more. We are passionate about helping you savor every moment—from that first look in your attire, to the emotion of your ceremony or reception, and all the laughter and tears in between. Your joy is at the heart of everything we do.

Our Journey: Starting her journey in 2003, at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, Nikki has planned & coordinated over 1,500+ weddings directly and been a part of thousands more indirectly assisting in many ways over the years. She has worked for several wedding venues, a linen company, a floral shop, and as a planner & designer along the last two decades making her an expert in planning both on behalf of the couple, but also with seamless coordination between venue and vendors through constant communication and exquisite timelines. Nikki has the skills only experience can provide at putting in the work leading up to your big day, so it is seamless for everyone from you and your vendors, to your guests!

Accolades: Our Team members hold certifications from 2 national wedding planning organizations. Master Certified Wedding & Event Planner, Certified Professional Educator, Certified Wedding Designer, Certified Wedding Associate, Industry Advancement Director & Floorplan, Timeline and Styled Shoot Coordinators by the CWP Society and Professional Wedding Consultant with the ACPWC. We continue to master our trade with hands on experience and weekly workshops with planners & vendors across the world.
